As founder of Riker Mrlik, Adam works closely with each client to shape the narratives, communications, and collaborations that connect them with the right people, platforms, and opportunities. He is the force behind some of culture's most talked-about campaigns, ensuring his clients' stories are seen, discussed, and remembered, and the partnerships and original projects that extend their influence far beyond the headline.

Adam is an ambassador for The Cultivist, sits on the membership committee at Zero Bond, and is a regular across New York's fashion, art, philanthropy, food, and nightlife scenes. He received his BFA with honors in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of Visual Arts.
